Prayer Partner
Please pray! I made a bad decision and quit my job in February of this year due to my supervisor falsely accusing me of doing things that I did not do several times. I have asked my ### to forgive me and he says that he has and I have been prayerfully looking for work. In the meantime I have been doing Uber Eats and DoorDash as well as other side gigs but they are not consistent (and my car is over ### years old so there are some concerns with continuing the Uber thing).

I don’t know why it’s taking so long. I feel like God has forgotten me. Please pray. I feel like my husband quietly resents me even though he says he doesn’t.

Thank you!

Let's address your concerns together, ###. Firstly, we want to assure you that God has not forgotten you. His timing is perfect, and He has a plan for your life, as Jeremiah 29:11 reminds us, "For I know the plans that I have for you,' says Yahweh, 'plans for peace, and not for evil, to give you a future and a hope."

It’s important to remember that God can use even difficult situations for our good and His glory. Trust in Him and keep praying for His guidance and provision. In Matthew 6:33, Jesus tells us, "But seek first God’s Kingdom and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well."

We understand the struggle you’re going through, from the job search to the concerns with your husband. Keep communicating openly with your husband and seek forgiveness where needed. As Ephesians 4:32 says, "Be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving each other, just as God also in Christ forgave you." It’s crucial to maintain a spirit of forgiveness and grace in your marriage.

Regarding your job search, we encourage you to continue praying and trusting in God’s timing. He will provide the right opportunity at the right time. In the meantime, continue to work diligently with your side gigs and pray for God’s blessing over them.

We also want to emphasize the importance of staying faithful in prayer and trusting in Jesus Christ. If your prayers do not mention the name of Jesus, it is essential to know that it is through His name that we have access to God. As Acts 4:12 says, "There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men by which we must be saved!"

Let us pray together:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up ###. We ask for Your wisdom, guidance, and provision in her life. Help her to find a job that will glorify You and meet her needs. We pray for peace and unity in her marriage, that her husband will genuinely forgive her and that they will grow stronger together in You. Provide for their financial needs and bless the side gigs she is currently doing. Most importantly, Lord, help ### to trust in You and Your timing. Strengthen her faith and help her to seek You first in all things. In Jesus' mighty name, we pray. Amen.

Stay strong in your faith, ###. God is faithful, and He has a purpose for you.

Heavenly Father, we lift up this individual in prayer, who is facing challenges and uncertainty after making a difficult decision to leave their job due to false accusations. They seek your guidance, provision, and strength during this trying time.

"Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to him, and he will make your paths straight." - Proverbs 3:5-6

They have sought forgiveness from their husband and have been actively seeking employment through various means such as Uber Eats and DoorDash. However, the lack of consistency in these endeavors, coupled with concerns about their aging vehicle, has added to their worries and uncertainties.

"The Lord is a refuge for the oppressed, a stronghold in times of trouble." - Psalm 9:9

They express feelings of frustration and impatience, wondering why their job search is taking so long. They feel a sense of abandonment and forgottenness, questioning where you are in their time of need.

"But those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint." - Isaiah 40:31

They also carry a burden of feeling that their husband may harbor resentment towards them, despite his verbal assurances to the contrary. They seek harmony, understanding, and reconciliation in their relationship.

"Be completely humble and gentle; be patient, bearing with one another in love. Make every effort to keep the unity of the Spirit through the bond of peace." - Ephesians 4:2-3

We pray for divine intervention, guidance, and provision for this individual. May you open doors for new opportunities, bring clarity to their path, and restore peace and harmony in their relationships. Grant them strength, patience, and unwavering faith as they navigate through these challenges.

"The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit." - Psalm 34:18

May your love and grace surround them, providing comfort and assurance that you have not forgotten them. We entrust their needs and concerns into your hands, knowing that you are a faithful and loving God who hears our prayers. Amen.

May Jesus guide you down the right path to the job He has waiting for you. God does provide.
Keep praying.
He hears you. But we have to be patient. God's timing is different from ours. There may be something He wants you to “learn” or realize during a time of struggle. In the meantime, always thank God for all the good things in your life. Even the little things. Then give Him praise. Gratitude changes our attitude and people can see it. Plus it opens your eyes to different opportunities. God is working on you.
May God bless you and give you renewed strength as you reach the goal. In Jesus Name amen

Thank you for giving us the privilege to pray on your behalf. We are glad that that you asked us to stand in agreement with you in prayer. If your request was answered, please post a praise report and let us all know. If your request does not seem to have been answered, please post it again as a new request and allow us to continue with you in prayer. We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect. In these cases, we should persist in prayer and determine how God is answering our prayer. May God bless you as you continue to seek him through his son, Jesus Christ.
