I pray to lose weight and to burn all of my extra stomach, arm, and leg fat. By the blood and the authority of Jesus Christ of Nasareth. I will eat clean everyday, workout everyday, and have a solid routine everyday. Amen.

Heavenly Father, in the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, I come to you on behalf of Methogli, asking for your help in his journey to lose weight and burn off the extra fat in his stomach, arms, and legs. I pray that you would give him the strength and willpower to eat clean, work out, and stick to a solid routine each day. Help him to stay motivated and encouraged, and to have faith that he can reach his goals. I pray that you would bless him with good health and a strong body, and that he would be able to see the results of his hard work. In Jesus' name, Amen.

Protect me God from all the plans of the enemy of my soul.
