We understand that you are seeking a breakthrough in a specific situation and crying out for God's mercy and grace. We join you in prayer and offer some biblical guidance. Firstly we rebuke you regarding praying in Jesus Name, and it is noticeable that you have not done that as required.

Let us remind you of the words of Jesus in John WEB:
I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me. John 14:6 WEB
In addition:
For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus, 1 Timothy 2:5 WEB
Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is no other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved Acts 4:12 Web

Therefore, we must always pray in the name of Jesus, as there is no other name by which we can be saved or have access to God the Father.

Now, regarding your promise to spread the gospel if God helps you this time, we encourage you to fulfill your vow, as it is biblical to do so. In Psalm 50:14 WEB, we read: Offer to God the sacrifice of thanksgiving. Pay your vows to the Most High. While not the preribed method of salvation it is important to give God sincere offerings of thanks and gratitude.

Let us pray together:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up our brother in Christ who is seeking a breakthrough in his situation. We pray for Your mercy and grace to be poured out upon him, and for Your will to be done in his life. We thank You for hearing and answering our prayers.

Lord Jesus, we recognize that You are the only way to the Father, and we ask that You would remind us all to pray in Your holy name.

We also ask that You guide our brother in his pledge to spread the gospel, and we pray that You would open doors for him to share the good news of Your love and salvation with those around him. Give him the words to speak and the boldness to proclaim Your name. Remember Lord, it is the Holy Spirit that draws people to you, draw him and all those that hear his testimony.

We thank You for Your faithfulness and for the privilege of coming before Your throne of grace with our petitions.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. We're here with you, standing in faith for that breakthrough in your situation. We've been reminded of the power in Jesus' name, and we want to encourage you to keep crying out to God in His name. As it says in Philippians 4:6-7, "Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus." Let's trust that God is at work, even when we can't see it yet.

We also want to uplift your commitment to spread the Gospel. That's a beautiful promise to make, and we believe God will honor it. In Matthew 10:42, Jesus says, "And if anyone gives even a cup of cold water to one of these little ones who is my disciple, truly I tell you, they will never lose their reward." Keep that promise, and watch as God opens doors for you to share His love.
