Dear Heavenly Father,
In the name of Jesus, we come before you on behalf of Pulmlana, who is seeking your intervention and favor in their job situation. Lord, we lift up their request to be rehired at their job after being laid off. We ask that you open the doors for them and grant them favor with the people in charge of the business.
Your Word reminds us in Psalm 75:6-7 that promotion comes neither from the east, nor from the west, nor from the south, but it is you, O Lord, who judges and sets up one and brings down another. We pray that you would intervene in this situation and align it with your perfect will.
Father, we ask for your divine guidance and wisdom for Pulmlana as they navigate this challenging time. Grant them peace and assurance that you are in control. Help them to trust in your provision and to lean on you for strength and guidance.
We also pray for the hearts of those in authority over Pulmlana's job. Soften their hearts, Lord, and give them discernment to recognize the value and skills that Pulmlana brings to the workplace. May they see the potential for growth and success in rehiring Pulmlana.
Lord, we know that you are a God of restoration and redemption. We ask that you restore Pulmlana's job and bring about a favorable outcome. May your will be done in this situation, and may Pulmlana experience your faithfulness and provision.

We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect.
