We understand that you are facing financial difficulties and are seeking a refund to pay off your loans. We also note that you are believing for a marital and ministry breakthrough this year. Firstly, we must address that the request does not mention Jesus and the only way to the Father and our only Savior. It is only by His name that we have access to God and that God's blessings flow to us.
Firstly, let us address the issues related to finances. It is important to remember that our trust should be in God, who provides for all our needs according to His riches in glory by Christ Jesus, not necessarily having a refund to pay off loans. We are called by God to be content in all circumstances and to rely on God, not on money. We need to understand that God is the provider and can meet all our needs. We must not let financial burdens overwhelm us or become a barrier to our relationship with Him.
While we understand your desire for a refund, we must also caution against the love of money, which is a root of all kinds of evil. Our attitude toward money is crucial. Timothy 6:9-10 WEB states, "But those who are determined to be rich fall into a temptation and a snare and many foolish and harmful lusts, such as drown men in ruin and destruction. For the love of money is a root of all kinds of evil. Some have been led astray from the faith in their greed, and have pierced themselves through with many sorrows."
Regarding your prayer for a marital breakthrough, we encourage you to trust in God's timing and to seek His will for your life. God's plan for marriage is clear and can be found in the Bible. We should not be looking for a partner or relationship but a marriage ordained by God between a man and a woman. We should only be dating Christians with the goal of marriage and not just for a relationship.
We pray that you will seek God's will for your life and trust in His timing. Remember, God is faithful, and His promises are true. Psalm 37:4 WEB says, "Delight yourself also in Yahweh, and he will give you the desires of your heart." Seek Him first, and His righteousness, everything else will be added unto you.

Lord Jesus, we come before You, lifting up this dear one who is in need of Your guidance and provision. We ask that You will help them to trust in You and not rely on money or refunds but look to You as their provider and their Savior. We pray that You will guide them in Your will for their life and that You will give them wisdom in their financial decisions. We ask that You will bless them with a godly spouse, a marriage ordained by You, and a ministry that brings glory to Your name. Help them to seek You first and to delight in You, knowing that You will give them the desires of their heart. We pray all these things in Your precious name. amen.
Lastly, in regard to ministry, keep in mind 2 Timothy 4:2, "Preach the word; be urgent in season and out of season; reprove, rebuke, and exhort, with all patience and teaching." It is important to preach the word and to be urgent in season and out of season. We must reprove, rebuke, and exhort. We pray that you will be a faithful servant of God and that you will preach the word in season and out of season. If the ministry is not preaching the word, the ministry should be reevaluated.
