I Pray That People Would Keep Their Eyes On Jesus

Dear Lord in a world that seems to be in such a hurry I know it must be so hard watching people getting so caught up in things that seem to promote the world, in your word Romans 12:2 be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God. I trust you Lord and I know your word is medicine to my spirit man, without your presence I wouldn't exist, yes Lord you spoke to me over this past week and I took your words to heart, it ache to know how idol worship was still powerful, the fact that most people in the world seek their governments to help them and feed them rather than seeking your face, Lord even the people you put into office in the churches have set a bad example of who you are, when people come to them for help they say were broke but I will pray for you, this turns your heart and makes you feel even your ordained ministers don't believe your able to feed the people, by turning them away to the streets its like saying sorry God is broke go to your idols to get help. Yes this is a hard pill to swallow, the world is in such a wreck, jobs are hard to find, most people feel its only going to get worst, I pray people would look to you and not go to these idols that rob them from the truth, I pray people would begin to set their eyes on you Jesus. So many distractions that interrupt what your trying to talk to us, the more technology the more it causes for people to run after it, seems the better the phone the better the laptop, the list goes on and the idols build up, the Devil knows if he can cause division in the church and get Gods people off the path of truth he feels his snares are working, I remember back in 1992 when the Assembly of Gods Church said that soon the devil was going to explode whatever lies and deceit he could at Gods people, they spoke of a network called Information Highway that was being pioneered by Al Gore, they said we must not be a part of this destructive plan, yet after all of these years the church fell right into this plan, its becomming a number one nemesis and is costing so many so much, the decline of morals and ethics is come through this Internet, What would God say about this ? I know the church should of not wondered where angels dared to tread, we all know that this was the devils plot yet now the damage is done. David Wilkerson stood out like a sore thumb, he said the biggest lies the devil thrawts at us is through the TV, his way of dealing with this was a baseball bat, after he took out his TV he never went and bought another one. The truth is the devil is making it mandatory to have the internet, over in the United Kingdom you cannot just go into a place of business and ask for a job, the welfare services make you look for jobs online, if you do not do this then you won't be given a check. How handy yet crafty of them, the world seems compelled to keep you driven and made to do it, though its causing such a problem and people do not go visit people anymore since you can visit them on your computers. I pray that the Lord would open our eyes and show us that we need each other, not to be caught up in idols but to have our eyes on Jesus amen
