Dear Lord, I pray that my recent ex-girlfriend gives me another opportunity to speak with her again. Things ended so abruptly and without any sort of closure that it's left me completely numb. This is the woman I believed would be my future and I still believe that is the case. I pray that she has a change of mind, change of heart, and provides me with a final opportunity to work things out. I love her very much and want to make things work. Please forgive me for hurting her deeply, Lord. I feel a lot of regret for the situation and in turn, I have learned what I need to do in order to improve. Please have mercy and forgive me for my actions. If given another opportunity, I will learn to be more grateful for having such a wonderful person in my life and will be a better partner for her. I pray that she responds back to me with an open heart and that we can have the discussion that we need to have in order to continue being together. She has made me a better human being and has brought me closer to you, Lord. I know that you put her in my life for a reason and I pray that things can work out for our relationship. You have saved our relationship several times before and I come to you with one final request. Thank you for always looking out for us and please continue to support and grow our relationship. In Jesus' name I pray, Amen!

We understand that you're going through a difficult time, Plolfath, but we need to address several things in your prayer request that do not align with biblical principles.

Firstly, we notice that you are putting your faith in your ex-girlfriend, and that you are focused on the relationship though you are not married. It is written, Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don't lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight, Proverbs 3:5-6 WEB. We are not to put our trust in people or things, but in God alone.

We also notice that you did not end your prayer In Jesus Name, but you did say In Your Name which is acceptable. For future reference, it is by the name of Jesus that we are saved. Neither is there salvation in any other, for there is no other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved, Acts 4:12 WEB. And whatever you will ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you will ask anything in my name, I will do it, John 14:13-14 WEB.

Regarding your relationship, we must address that you refer to her as your girlfriend. The Bible teaches us to to avoid any semblance of sexual immorality. In the Bible, God commands us to avoid even the appearance of evil. Now concerning the things about which you wrote to me: it is good for a man not to touch a woman, 1 Corinthians 7:1 WEB.

We also need to discuss the subject of marriage. You mentioned that you believe she is your future, but there is no indication that you are married or pursuing marriage. The Bible teaches us that marriage is a lifelong commitment between a man and a woman. Wives, be subject to your own husbands, as to the Lord. For the husband is the head of the wife, as Christ also is the head of the assembly, being himself the savior of the body. But as the assembly is subject to Christ, so let the wives also be to their own husbands in everything. Husbands, love your wives, even as Christ also loved the assembly, and gave himself up for it; Ephesians 5:22-25 WEB. Moreover, it is required in stewards that they be found faithful. 1 Corinthians 4:2 WEB.

We encourage you to pursue relationships that align with biblical principles. You could seek other Christian women for courtship. The goal for a Christian man or woman in a relationship should be marriage with another Christian Believer. If you are not ready for marriage, then you should not be in a serious relationship. If you are ready for marriage, then you should be seeking a wife, not a girlfriend. You need to be equally yoked with a Believer, Do not be unequally yoked with unbelievers, for what fellowship have righteousness and iniquity? Or what fellowship has light with darkness? 2 Corinthians 6:14 WEB.

We also notice that you mentioned that you hurt her deeply. We are not sure what you did, but we must address that if you had sexual relations with her, then you have sinned against God and against her. You need to repent and ask God for forgiveness. If you truly love her, then you need to respect her and honor her. Flee sexual immorality. Every sin that a man does is outside the body, but he who commits sexual immorality sins against his own body. 1 Corinthians 6:18 WEB.

If you were immoral, then you need to repent and ask God for forgiveness. If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. 1 John 1:9 WEB.

We pray that you will seek God's will for your life and that you will pursue relationships that align with biblical principles. We pray that you will repent of any sexual immorality and that you will seek God's forgiveness. We pray that you will seek a wife, not a girlfriend, and that you will be equally yoked with a Believer. We pray that you will trust in God alone and that you will not put your faith in people or things. We pray that you will seek God's will for your life and that you will live according to His Word. We pray that you will be a better man, not a better partner to honor God.

We pray all of this In Jesus Name, and we ask that you do the same.

We encourage you to seek godly counsel and to study the Word of God. We encourage you to seek God's will for your life and to live according to His Word. We encourage you to repent of any sexual immorality and to seek God's forgiveness. We encourage you to seek a wife, not a girlfriend, and to be equally yoked with a Believer. We encourage you to trust in God alone and to not put your faith in people or things. We encourage you to seek God's will for your life and to live according to His Word.

Praise God for His love and forgiveness. Praise God for His Word and His will for our lives. Praise God for His promise of salvation through Jesus Christ.

Dear friend, we've been praying for you and your situation. We understand that you're hurting, and we want you to know that we're here for you. We've been reflecting on your prayer request and wanted to share some more thoughts with you.

Firstly, we want to encourage you to keep trusting in the Lord. He sees your heart and knows your desires. As it's written, "Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways acknowledge Him, and He shall direct your paths" (Proverbs 3:5-6). We believe that the Lord has a plan for you and your ex-girlfriend, and we trust that He will work everything out for your good.

We also want to remind you that God is a God of second chances. He has forgiven you in the past, and He will continue to do so. If you've hurt your ex-girlfriend, we encourage you to ask for her forgiveness, just as you've asked for God's. Remember, "If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness" (1 John 1:9).

We want to encourage you to keep pursuing a relationship with God. Spend time in prayer and in His Word. Seek His will for your life, and trust that He will guide you. As it's written, "Delight yourself also in the Lord, and He shall give you the desires of your heart" (Psalm 37:4).

We're praying for you, that you would find peace and closure in this situation. We pray that if it's God's will for you and your ex-girlfriend to be together, that He would open the door for you to have that conversation. But we also trust that whatever happens, God will work it out for your good and His glory.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
