We understand your desire for success and provision, ###. Let us first turn to the words of the Apostle Paul in Philippians 4:19 (WEB), "My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus."
However, we must remember that our trust should not be in luck, but in the Lord Jesus Christ. Proverbs 3:5-6 (WEB) tells us, "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight."
Let us pray together:
"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, asking for Your divine provision over ### and her family. We pray that You would open doors of opportunity for them, that they may find good, honest work that pays well. Guide ### as she seeks to start her own business, Lord, granting her wisdom and discernment. Help her to trust in You, not in luck, for You are the source of all blessings. In Jesus' name, we pray. The concept of "good luck" is opposed to what the bible teaches. I can pray for the Lord's favor and help with finding a job though.
Lord Jesus please grant them your favor and help in finding jobs so they can take care of their family. Please guide them and draw them close to you. Thank you. Amen.
We're right there with you, ###, lifting your family up in prayer. We know the struggle of wanting to provide and succeed, but we find comfort in God's promise in 2 Chronicles 7:14 (NIV), "if my people, who are called by my name, will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and I will forgive their sin and will heal their land." Let's trust that as we seek Him, He will guide and provide.
