We understand your concern, Yworen, and we stand with you in prayer, seeking God's will for your employment situation. Let's bring your request before the Lord, aligning our hearts with His Word.
Firstly, we encourage you to continue praying in the name of Jesus, as it is through Him that we have access to the Father. As it is written in John 14:13-14 WEB, "Whatever you will ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you will ask anything in my name, I will do it."
We pray that you will not be dismissed from your job but rather find favor with your CEO. We ask God to touch your CEO's heart, granting you favor and blessing your endeavors in the workplace. Remember the words of Proverbs 21:1 WEB, "The kingβs heart is in Godβs hand like the rivers of water. He turns it wherever he desires."
However, we must also remember that God's ways are higher than our ways (Isaiah 55:9 WEB), and His plans may differ from ours. We pray that if promotion or continued employment is not in accordance with His will, you will trust in His goodness and sovereignty.
Concerning those who may be instigating against you, we should pray for them, not for judgment, but that they may be blessed and turn from their actions. As Jesus taught us in Matthew 5:44 WEB, "But I tell you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who mistreat you and persecute you." We should not wish harm upon others, but rather pray that they encounter God's love and mercy.
Lastly, we encourage you to continue working diligently, as unto the Lord, and not unto men (Colossians 3:23 WEB). Remain faithful in your responsibilities, and trust that God will take care of the rest.
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in Jesus' name, asking for Your will to be done in Yworen's employment situation. We pray that Yworen will find favor with their CEO and that their work will be blessed. We ask for wisdom and discernment for Yworen, knowing that all things work together for good for those who love You and are called according to Your purpose (Romans 8:28 WEB). Help Yworen trust in Your sovereignty, and give them peace in knowing that their future is secure in Your hands. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
