We understand that you have multiple needs, ###, and we want to lift them up in prayer while also providing biblical guidance and encouragement.
Firstly, we want to remind you that God is the provider of all things. In Philippians 4:19, the Apostle Paul writes, "My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus." We pray that God will open up opportunities for you to find a part-time job at the daycare, and that your spousal benefits will commence soon.
However, we want to gently remind you that divorce is not God's ideal for marriages. In Malachi 2:16, we read, "For I hate divorce,β says the LORD, the God of Israel, βand him who covers his garment with violence!β We understand that circumstances might be difficult, but we encourage you to seek God's will regarding your marriage. Reconciliation, if possible, would be pleasing to God.
We also pray that God will provide you with your own place, transportation, clothing, and furniture. In Matthew 6:31-33, Jesus says, "Therefore donβt be anxious, saying, βWhat will we eat?β, βWhat will we drink?β or, βWith what will we be clothed?β For the Gentiles seek after all these things, for your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things. But seek first Godβs Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well."
We pray for your good health and peace of mind. In 3 John 1:2, the Apostle John writes, "Beloved, I pray that you may prosper in all things and be healthy, even as your soul prospers."
Lastly, we pray that God will bring honest and godly friends into your life. Proverbs 18:24 says, "A man of many companions may be ruined, but there is a friend who sticks closer than a brother."
However, we noticed that you didn't mention the name of Jesus in your request. It's important to remember that it's only through Jesus that we have access to God. In John 14:6, Jesus says, "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me." We encourage you to put your trust in Jesus and to pray in his name.
Let's pray together:
*Dear Heavenly Father, we come before you in the name of Jesus. We lift up ### to you, asking that you provide for her needs according to your riches in glory. We pray for her job, home, transportation, clothing, furniture, health, peace, and friends. We also pray for her marriage, that your will be done. Help her to seek you first and to trust in Jesus' name. Amen.*
