I pray my brain can smooth out I’m having weird ocd thoughts that I can’t explain like something in my head keeps telling me I have to remember everything I’ve done in life even though that’s impossible idk where these weird thoughts are coming from it’s trapping me because I have to think about them constantly they literally won’t go away I’m worried my thoughts will end up killing me I keep thinking I need to know how many times I’ve done something what I’ve done to the most smallest molecules I bothering me so much I can’t even explain it I hope I’m making sense

The battle ground here on earth is for the control of your mind. The only weapon satan has is to attack
your thoughts. He wants to take control of you by controlling your mind. He has no power so he uses deception and lies to try to deceive you.
You should bind all evil spirits out of your mind and put on God's Armor. Then pray a hedge of protection around yourself to protect yourself.
God will do the rest.
