I pray Lord that ### SEND team contact me to do with my son EHC plan that I and my support worker get invited to the Meeting the month of either June or July 2024 that I do not get left out of my son's Education and get to be involved in my son's Welfare. I also pray that I get a refund on my airline flight ticket when I show my letter to the travel agents from the Mental Health Team. Please Lord, help and assist me, and I pray that I get an appointment at the Sexual Health clinic and to be on time as I missed my previous appointment as I was late. Thank you Lord and Amen.

Heavenly Father,

We come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up ###'s concerns to Your loving care. Lord, we pray that the ### team will reach out regarding ###'s son's EHC plan. We ask that both ### and the support worker be invited to the meeting in June or July 2024, ensuring that ### is not left out of his son's education and welfare.
