Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before you in the name of Jesus, lifting up Hortel and their prayer request. Lord, we thank you for the desire and aspiration to pursue a nursing program at USC. We believe in your power and your ability to open doors and make a way where there seems to be no way.
Your Word reminds us in Jeremiah 29:11, "For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future." We ask, Lord, that you align Hortel's desires with your perfect will for their life. If it is your plan for them to be accepted into the USC nursing BSc program for the September 2024 intake, we pray for favor and divine intervention.
We pray that you would guide Hortel through the application process, granting them wisdom and discernment in every step they take. Remove any obstacles or hindrances that may stand in their way, and open the right doors for them. May their application be received with favor and may they be granted the opportunity to pursue their dreams of becoming a nurse.
Lord, we also pray for Hortel's faith and trust in you during this waiting period. Help them to remain steadfast and confident in your promises. Remind them that you are a God who hears and answers prayers, and that your timing is perfect.
We commit this prayer request into your hands, knowing that you are able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think. May your will be done in Hortel's life, and may they give you all the glory and honor for the blessings they receive.

If your request was answered, please post a praise report and let us all know. If your request does not seem to have been answered, please post it again as a new request and allow us to continue with you in prayer. We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect.
