Heavenly Father, we come before you in the name of Jesus on behalf of Lairarenn. We lift up their recent interview to you, Lord, and we ask for your divine favor and guidance. We pray that you would grant them a successful outcome from this interview.
Your Word reminds us in 1 John 5:14-15 that if we ask anything according to your will, you hear us. We believe that it is your will for Lairarenn to experience success and favor in their career endeavors. We ask that you open doors of opportunity for them and grant them the desires of their heart.
Lord, we pray that you would grant Lairarenn wisdom and confidence as they await the outcome of this interview. Help them to trust in your perfect timing and to remain steadfast in their faith. May they find peace and assurance in knowing that you are in control of every situation.
We also pray for your divine guidance and discernment for the hiring managers or decision-makers involved in this process. May they recognize the potential and qualifications of Lairarenn and make the right decision in their favor.

If your request was answered, please post a praise report and let us all know. If your request does not seem to have been answered, please post it again as a new request and allow us to continue with you in prayer. We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect. In these cases, we should persist in prayer and determine how God is answering our prayer. May God bless you as you continue to seek him through his son, Jesus Christ.
