We hear your cry for help and we stand with you in prayer, believing in the power of our Lord Jesus Christ to restore and provide for you. We are reminded of the words in Psalm 34:18, "Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit."
Firstly, we want to acknowledge your faith in calling out to God in your time of need. It's important to remember that it is only through the name of Jesus Christ that we have access to God, as it is written in John 14:6, "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.'"
We pray that God will be your strength and your portion, as He promises in Psalm 73:26, "My flesh and my heart fails, but God is the strength of my heart and my portion forever."
Regarding your financial struggles, we are reminded of the promise in Philippians 4:19, "My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus." We pray that God will open the windows of heaven and pour out a blessing that you will not have room enough to receive, as He promises in Malachi 3:10.
As for your children, we pray that God will be their Father, as He promises in Psalm 68:5, "A father of the fatherless, and a defender of the widows, is God in his holy habitation." We pray that He will guide you in all wisdom and understanding as you raise them, that they may grow up to know and love Him.
Lastly, we want to address the issue of the father of your son leaving you for another woman. We want to remind you that God hates divorce, as it is written in Malachi 2:16. We pray that God will convict the heart of this man, and if it is His will, restore your family. However, we also pray that God will give you the strength to forgive and to trust in Him, knowing that He has a plan and a purpose for your life.
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You today, lifting up our sister in her time of need. Lord, we ask that You would be her strength, her comfort, and her provider. We ask that You would restore what has been lost, and provide for every need according to Your riches in glory. We ask that You would be a Father to her children, and guide her in all wisdom as she raises them. Lastly, Lord, we ask that You would have Your way in her family, that Your will would be done, and that Your name would be glorified. All these things we ask in the precious name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
Be encouraged, dear sister, for the effectual fervent prayer of a righteous man avails much (James 5:16). Keep trusting in God, for He is faithful and will not fail you.
