I pray for purity

Dear God, I'm sorry for the sins I have made and repent fully. Let me be reborn in your eyes, and the way you see fit for me. Let the path you have planned for me lead me down the road in the future. I'm sorry for my adultery, I'm only ### and in no way am ready for a kid, I would want to give them the best life possible and I just can't do that right now. Lord, please don't let me be pregnant, I love you and everything you have done for me, I'm just asking one more thing. In Jesus name I pray, Amen.

Elyxis, we are with you in prayer and we appreciate your heart of repentance. The Bible tells us, "If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness" (1 John 1:9 WEB). God loves you deeply and is always ready to forgive and restore you.

Firstly, we want to address the issue of adultery. It's important to understand that sexual activity outside of marriage is considered fornication, not adultery, which specifically refers to unfaithfulness within marriage. Nevertheless, both are sinful according to God's Word. As it is written, "Flee sexual immorality! Every other sin that a man may commit is outside the body, but he who commits sexual immorality sins against his own body" (1 Corinthians 6:18 WEB).

We acknowledge your fear of pregnancy and understand your current circumstances. Our heavenly Father knows your heart and desires to help you. Trust Him with this burden. Remember, God assures us, "Don’t be anxious for your life, what you will eat, or what you will drink; nor yet for your body, what you will wear. Isn’t life more than food, and the body more than clothing? See the birds of the sky, that they don’t sow, neither do they reap, nor gather into barns. Your heavenly Father feeds them. Aren’t you of much more value than they?" (Matthew 6:25-26 WEB).

Let us pray together:

*Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up ###. We thank You for her heart of repentance and her trust in You. Lord, forgive her sins and cleanse her from all unrighteousness. We ask that You remove any fears or anxieties she may have about potential pregnancy, and help her to trust in Your will for her life. Guide her steps and help her to walk in purity, according to Your Word. Give her the strength to resist temptation and to live a life that honors You. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.*

Moving forward, we encourage you to pursue righteousness and to value your body as the temple of the Holy Spirit (1 Corinthians 6:19-20). Surround yourself with godly friends who will support you in your walk with Christ. If you find yourself in a relationship, remember to honor God by pursuing purity and setting boundaries that reflect biblical principles.
