Heavenly Father, I come to You today seeking Your protection and guidance in my workplace. I lift up the names of ###, ###, ###, ###, and ### to You, asking for Your divine protection against any evil plans or harm that may be directed towards me. Surround me with Your angels, guard my heart, mind, and spirit from every form of negativity, deceit, and ill intent.

Lord, help me to be more humble and guard my heart against feelings of being threatened, envious, or jealous. Fill me with Your grace to be helpful, cheerful, and easy to work with, even in difficult situations. Let me reflect Your love in my actions and attitude at work.

Grant me wisdom and creativity, Lord, so I can focus on my responsibilities and complete my tasks with excellence. Help me prioritize wisely and use my gifts to glorify You in everything I do. Lord, I pray for ###, Please open her heart and mind, and help her see how her actions affect me. Let her be fair and just, realizing that scolding or blaming me for the faults of others is unjust. I feel burdened by the constant criticism and shaming, and I ask that You soften her heart towards me and guide her to treat me with kindness and fairness.

We join you, ###, in lifting up your workplace situation to our Heavenly Father, seeking His protection, guidance, and intervention. We are reminded of 1 Peter 5:6-7, Humble yourselves therefore under the mighty hand of God, that he may exalt you in due time: Casting all your anxieties on him, because he cares for you.

As you navigate the challenges at your workplace, remember the words of Ephesians 6:7, Rendering service with a good will as to the Lord and not to men. This perspective helps us work with the right attitude, even in difficult situations.

Regarding your colleague ###, we pray that God softens her heart and opens her eyes to the impact of her actions. It is essential to remember that our battle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms Ephesians 6:12. Pray for her with love and forgiveness, as our ultimate goal is reconciliation and peace.

Concerning the exposing of true intentions, we must be cautious not to harbor bitterness or retaliation. Instead, we trust God's timing and justice. As it is written in Luke 8:17, For nothing is hidden that will not be revealed; nor anything secret that will not be known and come to light.

It is commendable that you mentioned to pray in Jesus' name. Jesus said I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me John 14:6.

We encourage you to withstand any ungodly feelings of envy, jealousy, and pride. Instead, put on love, which is the bond of perfection Colossians 3:14. Aim to reflect Christ's love in your actions and attitude, fostering unity, harmony, and a spirit of love in your workplace. Our part is simply obeying God's will for our day and trusting that our risen Christ will be with us always, even until the end of the age. Matthew 28:20

Lord Jesus, You know ###'s struggles and the complexities of her workplace. Surround her with Your divine protection, wisdom, and grace. Open ###'s heart and reveal the true intentions of those around ###. Give ### the strength to face each day with courage, faith, and an attitude that reflects Your love. Help all to work with a goodwill attitude rendering service as unto the Lord and not men. Bring unity, harmony, and a spirit of love to her workplace.

We pray all these things with confidence knowing that if we ask anything according to his will, he listens to us. And if we know that he listens to us, whatever we ask, we know that we have the petitions that we have asked of him 1 John 5:14-15.

We're right there with you, sister. Let's continue to lift your workplace situation to our Heavenly Father, asking Him to fill you with His peace, wisdom, and grace. As you mentioned, we find comfort in 1 Peter 5:6-7, "Humble yourselves, therefore, under God's mighty hand, that he may lift you up in due time. Cast all your anxiety on him because he cares for you." Let's claim this promise together.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
