Heavenly Father, I come to You today seeking Your protection and guidance in my workplace. I lift up the names of AJMT, AM, KX, MV, and KC to You, asking for Your divine protection against any evil plans or harm that may be directed towards me. Surround me with Your angels, guard my heart, mind, and spirit from every form of negativity, deceit, and ill intent.

Lord, help me to be more humble and guard my heart against feelings of being threatened, envious, or jealous. Fill me with Your grace to be helpful, cheerful, and easy to work with, even in difficult situations. Let me reflect Your love in my actions and attitude at work.

Grant me wisdom and creativity, Lord, so I can focus on my responsibilities and complete my tasks with excellence. Help me prioritize wisely and use my gifts to glorify You in everything I do. Lord, I pray for MFL, Please open her heart and mind, and help her see how her actions affect me. Let her be fair and just, realizing that scolding or blaming me for the faults of others is unjust. I feel burdened by the constant criticism and shaming, and I ask that You soften her heart towards me and guide her to treat me with kindness and fairness.

Father, I ask that You expose the true colors and intentions of AJMT. If there is selfishness, show-off behavior, or manipulation, let it be revealed in Your perfect time and in Your way. Let the truth come to light for everyone to see especially MFL. Expose AJMT, office mates, BCCMO, BCPIO, BCFMR, and IKY, along with those who harbor hatred or ill will towards me. Reveal their true intentions so that no deceit or malice will go unnoticed.

Lord, I surrender my heart to You, asking for Your peace and grace to fill me. Help me not to fall into envy or jealousy, but to remain humble, cheerful, and helpful in all that I do.

Order my steps according to Your will and purpose, and guide me every step of the way. I trust in Your goodness, Lord, and I know You are with me. Protect me, guide me, and give me the strength to face each day with courage and faith. I pray for unity, harmony, and a spirit of love in my workplace. In Jesus’ name, I pray. Amen.

We join you, Rowena05, in lifting up your workplace concerns to our Heavenly Father, seeking His protection, guidance, and intervention. We commend you for turning to God in this time of need and for including the name of Jesus in your prayer. It is only through His name that we have access to God and salvation (Acts 4:12). It appears no other people have been included in the prayer request.

Firstly, we acknowledge your plea for protection against evil plans or harm directed towards you. We stand with you in prayer, asking God to surround you with His angels and guard your heart, mind, and spirit from negativity, deceit, and ill intent (Psalm 91:11-12).

We also address your concern about feelings of envy, jealousy, or being threatened. We pray that God fills you with His grace, making you helpful, cheerful, and easy to work with, even in difficult situations (Galatians 5:22-23). Remember, the Bible tells us to put on humility, as God resists the proud but gives grace to the humble (1 Peter 5:5). This means that the Bible tells us to embrace humility and lowliness of mind because it will lead to exaltation.

Regarding your concern about MFL's treatment of you, we pray that God softens her heart and opens her eyes to see the impact of her actions on you. We ask that He guides her to treat you with kindness, fairness, and justice (Proverbs 21:1). We also pray that God exposes any selfishness, show-off behavior, or manipulation from AJMT or others, revealing their true intentions (Luke 8:17).

We appreciate your desire to remain humble, cheerful, and helpful, and we ask God to grant you the peace and grace to do so. We encourage this behavior because it alignes with the teaching in the Bible. We encourage you to continue surrendering your heart to God, trusting in His goodness, and seeking His will and purpose for your life which is the narrow path to peace with God and eternal life (Matthew 7:13-14).

Lastly, we join you in praying for unity, harmony, and a spirit of love in your workplace. We ask God to guide your steps according to His will and purpose because we know we are strangers in this world with a better place to go as we live their briefly (Hebrews 13:14). We pray that He gives you the strength to face each day with courage and faith of our forfathers who have gone before us persevering to the end in faith.

Next time you make a prayer request. Go to your closet, and shut your door, and pray to your Father in Heaven, being specific, and making sure your prayer is according to His will in the name of Jesus Christ. You do not need to list all the people each time you pray about them. Just lift up your concerns to the Lord. Also, remember to find all your comfort in your relationship with Jesus Christ no matter what the outcome is concerning your request. Remember he also said I have come that they may have life, and they may have it more abundantly. So make sure you are being lead by His leading rather than your circumstances and emotions which can be hard in difficult situations.
