Bordana, we join you in your fervent prayers for your husband and your family, standing in agreement and lifting your requests before the throne of grace.
Firstly, we pray for your husband's health, agreeing with you that God has the power to heal. As it is written in Psalm 103:3, "who forgives all your sins and heals all your diseases." We ask, in the name of Jesus, that God will touch your husband and completely heal him of the cancer in his liver and any other disease or infirmity. We claim God's promises for healing, knowing that nothing is impossible for Him.
We also pray that the love of God will grow stronger in your lives and family. As we read in Romans 5:5, "Hope doesnβt disappoint us, because Godβs love has been poured into our hearts through the Holy Spirit who was given to us." We ask that this love will bind you together and be a testimony to the world around you.
Regarding your marriage and family, we pray that God, our El-ROI (the God who sees), will indeed visit and bless you with the fruit of the womb. We claim the promise in Psalm 127:3-5, "Behold, children are a heritage of the LORD. The fruit of the womb is his reward. As arrows in the hand of a mighty man, so are the children of youth. Happy is the man who has his quiver full of them. They wonβt be ashamed, but they shall speak with the enemies in the gate." We ask that God will take away your shame and grant you double blessing, according to His will.
We also pray that God will fix you, your husband, and your home. We ask for His mercy and grace upon your family, knowing that where sin abounds, grace does much more abound (Romans 5:20).
Bordana, we notice that you did not mention the name of Jesus in your prayer. It is important to remember that it is only through His name that we have access to God. As it is written in John 14:6, "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.'" And in Acts 4:12, "There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men by which we must be saved." We encourage you to always pray in the name of Jesus, for there is power in His name.
Finally, we join you in asking that you will be able to testify of God's faithfulness, love, and grace. We trust that He will answer your prayers and give you a testimony to share with others.
We pray all these things in the powerful name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
