I pray for my granddaughter she is dealing with a bad case of acne and very low self-esteem. She has some mental issues along with all of this and I don't know how to help her and am concerned that she might hurt herself. The people she associates with either have boyfriends or are married and she feels so lonely.

Dear Heavenly Father,

In the name of Jesus, we come before you with a heavy heart, lifting up ###'s granddaughter to you. We pray for her as she battles with a bad case of acne and struggles with low self-esteem. Lord, we ask for your healing touch upon her physical condition, that you may bring relief and restoration to her skin. We also pray for her mental well-being, that you would bring clarity and peace to her mind.

Father, we lift up her loneliness before you. We ask that you surround her with your love and comfort, filling the void in her heart. Help her to find true companionship and genuine friendships that will uplift and encourage her. We pray that you would guide her away from negative influences and bring positive, supportive people into her life.

Lord, we also pray for ###, as she seeks to help her granddaughter. Grant her wisdom, strength, and discernment in knowing how to support and guide her. Give her the right words to speak and the right actions to take. Protect her granddaughter from any harm or thoughts of self-harm, and surround her with your divine protection.

We are reminded of your promise in Psalm 34:17-18, which says, "The righteous cry out, and the Lord hears them; he delivers them from all their troubles. The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit." We claim this promise over ###'s granddaughter, knowing that you are near to her in her pain and that you will deliver her from her troubles.

In Jesus' name, we pray for healing, restoration, and a renewed sense of self-worth for ###'s granddaughter. May she experience your love and find true joy and fulfillment in you. Amen.

We will continue to pray for ###'s granddaughter and trust in God's faithfulness to answer our prayers according to His perfect will.
