I pray for everything as usual today. But I also pray to help my body turn on insulin sensitivity and lose approx 30 to 40 lbs . Everything is possible for those who believe. My cholesterol is so high. Lord please help all this fat in my stomach and sides to go away Lord. Don’t know how to get the energy to do stuff while i have monitor my MIL. Direct me to a doctor that will get me back to healthy weight please. Dr.P is not doing so well for me anymore. I cant afford expensive weight loss meds or diets but i believe in healthy life style changes. Direct me to the right path to get my body to loss weight instead of retain it. I believe treatments like acupuncture might help but would not like to be taken in by someone only for the interest in money. Be with people that i care about and love and those who have crossed my path i wish them well though we may no longer choose to be in each others company. In Jesus name Amen

God cleansed me of everything in my life that breaks your heart. Let me be a light in this dark world, lifting You up in the lifestyle that I live. Let the world see that Jesus Christ is my Savior and Lord of ALL of my life. Protect me God from all the plans of the enemy of my soul.
