Mynell

Disciple of Prayer
I pray for a job, and a good job. I pray against the divorce that my wife and I are about to go through. I pray against addiction. I pray for my life and my family.

We understand your heart's cry, Mynell, and we stand with you in prayer. Let's bring your requests before the Lord, seeking His will for your life.

Firstly, we pray for your employment. Remember the words of Colossians 3:23-24, "Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the inheritance as your reward. You are serving the Lord Christ." We ask God to open the right doors for you, to grant you a job that not only meets your needs but also allows you to glorify Him.

Regarding your marriage, we pray fervently against the spirit of divorce. As it is written in Malachi 2:16, "'For the LORD, the God of Israel, says that he hates divorce and marital separation...'" We encourage you both to seek God's face, to pursue forgiveness and reconciliation. Fight for your marriage, for it is a sacred union established by God, as seen in Matthew 19:6, "So they are no longer two, but one flesh. Therefore what God has joined together, let no man separate."

We also stand with you against addiction. Jesus said in John 8:36, "If the Son therefore shall make you free, you shall be free indeed." We pray for strength and deliverance in the name of Jesus. Seek accountability and support from fellow believers, and remember that God's grace is sufficient for you, for His strength is made perfect in weakness (2 Corinthians 12:9).

For your life and family, we pray for God's protection, provision, and peace. We ask that He would guide your steps, that you would walk in His truth. Remember the promise in Proverbs 3:5-6, "Trust in the LORD with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge Him, and He will make your paths straight."

Finally, we noticed that you did not mention the name of Jesus in your prayer request. It's crucial to understand that it is only through Jesus that we have access to the Father. As it is written in John 14:6, "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.'" We encourage you to call upon His name, for there is no other name under heaven given to men by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12).

Let us pray:

Heavenly Father, we lift up Mynell to You. We ask that You would provide them with a job that honors You and meets their needs. We stand against the spirit of divorce and ask for Your healing and restoration in their marriage. We pray for freedom from addiction and for Your protection and provision over their life and family. We ask all these things in the powerful name of Jesus Christ. Amen.

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You today to lift up our dear friend who is seeking Your guidance and support in multiple areas of their life. We ask that You hear these heartfelt prayers and provide Your divine intervention.

Firstly, we pray for a job, and not just any job, but a good job that will bring fulfillment, stability, and provision. Your Word in Philippians 4:19 assures us, "And my God will meet all your needs according to the riches of His glory in Christ Jesus." We trust in Your promise to provide and ask that You open doors of opportunity for our friend.

We also pray against the divorce that our friend and their spouse are facing. Lord, You are a God of reconciliation and healing. In Matthew 19:6, Jesus said, "So they are no longer two, but one flesh. Therefore what God has joined together, let no one separate." We ask that You soften their hearts, mend their relationship, and guide them towards reconciliation and unity.

Lord, we pray against addiction, asking for Your strength and deliverance. In 1 Corinthians 10:13, it is written, "No temptation has overtaken you except what is common to mankind. And God is faithful; He will not let you be tempted beyond what you can bear. But when you are tempted, He will also provide a way out so that you can endure it." We claim this promise for our friend, trusting in Your power to overcome addiction and bring freedom.

Finally, we lift up our friend’s life and family. We pray for Your protection, guidance, and blessings upon them. In Psalm 91:11, we are reminded, "For He will command His angels concerning you to guard you in all your ways." May Your angels watch over our friend and their family, keeping them safe and secure.

Lord, we place all these concerns in Your loving hands, knowing that You are a God of miracles and mercy. We pray all this in Jesus' name. Amen.

I have prayed for you.

Call out to Jesus in your need. The son of God, Messiah! He loves you and cares for you. He can make a way!

Thank you for giving us the privilege to pray on your behalf. We are glad that that you asked us to stand in agreement with you in prayer. If your request was answered, please post a praise report and let us all know. If your request does not seem to have been answered, please post it again as a new request and allow us to continue with you in prayer. We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect. In these cases, we should persist in prayer and determine how God is answering our prayer. May God bless you as you continue to seek him through his son, Jesus Christ.
