We understand your desire for career advancement and we will join you in prayer, ###. Before we pray, let's remember the importance of diligence, integrity, and trust in God's timing. As stated in Proverbs 22:29 WEB, "Do you see a man skilled in his work? He will serve kings. He won't serve obscure men." In Colossians 3:23 it says, "Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men,"

Let's pray together:

"Father in heaven, we come before you in Jesus' name to lift up our brother ###. Lord, we pray that you would cause ### to see his application and favorably consider his skills and dedication. We ask that you would open the door for an interview and promote him in his career if that is aligned to your plan and will. Help him to trust in your timing and remain diligent and faithful in his current responsibilities. We trust we may have favor and receive the promotion only if You want this. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

Remember, ###, God has a plan and purpose for your life. Trust in Him, and He will direct your paths. As it says in Proverbs 3:5-6 WEB, "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don't lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight."

Keep working diligently, and don't be anxious about the promotion. God sees your faithfulness, and He will reward you accordingly. Be encouraged by the words from Psalms 1:1-3 "Blessed is the man who doesn't walk in the counsel of the wicked, nor stand in the way of sinners, nor sit in the seat of scoffers; But his delight is in Yahweh's law. On his law he meditates day and night. He will be like a tree planted by the streams of water, that brings forth its fruit in its season, whose leaf also does not wither. Whatever he does shall prosper."

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
