I posted back on 12/27 about my sewer line breaking and my property mgr doing nothing about it. They came out and said it wasn't their problem. The patio is sinking and the place smells like a sewer. And now my dryer broke. Literally went up in smoke, a puff of smoke, a burning smell and it was dead. I am disabled and can't lug my laundry out to a laundry mat and I live in the city with all the auto pollution, neighbors who smoke cigars and marijana and a dirt lot for a backyard so I can't hang anything outside it would end up dirtier outside then before I washed it. Please pray that somehow I get a new dryer or this one gets fixed and the sewer issues don't affect my health. The city came out and since it is on private property they won't do anything, but told me to be careful when I let the dogs out because I could fall thru the patio if it continues to get unstable. Last year the dirt gave way right next to the patio edge I stepped off thinking the ground was stable and my leg went under the patio and twisted my knee. I can't afford the surgery to get that repaired. All the property mgr did was have the guys come out and take some dirt from the back part of the yard and fill in the hole that I fell in. God please help.
