I posted a prayer request weeks ago about my marriage. My wife and I married on Jan. 9th. She'd been married twice before and has 3 kids (12 year old boy, 7 year old girl and 4 year old girl) from those 2 marriages. She moved out over 7 weeks ago and has since forced me to sign papers and already filed them. In my state, there is a 60 day waiting period which is now down to around 45. She's given no signs of coming back, wanting to work it out, and has said some awful things to me since she left. I know she's hurt and her past relationship issues have carried over to our relationship. I love her, truly love her. I'm not sure what to pray anymore and what God's will is in this. Do I let go or keep praying for her to come back? Is it His will for us to stay together or for me to let her go? I trutly do not think she knows the LORD (although she claims she came to know Him as a child) so that of course compounds my fear and angst. Plus, my mind is already racing to thoughts of her being with someone else already since her relationship history has consisted of her jumping from one man to another without heistation. I'm torn on what to pray and I think about this everyday. I'm in need of prayer and counsel.

Thank you for giving us the privilege to pray on your behalf. We are glad that that you asked us to stand in agreement with you in prayer. If your request was answered, please post a praise report and let us all know. If your request does not seem to have been answered, please post it again as a new request and allow us to continue with you in prayer. We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect. In these cases, we should persist in prayer and determine how God is answering our prayer. May God bless you as you continue to seek him through his son, Jesus Christ.
