I posted a prayer request last week regarding my father in law Dean. He seriously hurt himself working a night shift about a month and a half ago. Since then he has received no compensation, an mri, treatment, and on top of everything they accused him of faking the entire episode. On top of that his fellow employees all told management that he has been saying for years how he has planning this whole thing. Just because he is 65 years old and wondering how he will get any retirement on top of Social security. Dean is very naive when it comes to things like this but would NEVER fake an accident. A month and a half later he finally went in for an X Ray (today). It showed that he has a broken neck! They rushed him in an ambulance to do an emergency surgery at OHSU (Portland Oregon.) The doctor said it is a miracle that he isn't permanently paralyzed from not receiving immediate treatment. Home Depot is obviously in a lot of trouble now for completely neglecting a very serious injury that they are responsible for. For 10 years they have been downright cruel and mean employers. I didn't realize how bad things really were for him until this happened. Please pray the surgery is successful and that he is properly compensated for the years of cruelty that he has endured.. And of course whatever else you feel led to pray.. Thanks, you guys are awesome!!
