Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus, interceding on behalf of Steven Bobb. We lift up his concerns about the self-destructive tendencies of people, particularly in the realm of politics. Lord, we acknowledge that there are instances where individuals align themselves with those who may mean harm, even going against their own best interests.
Father, we pray for a spirit of discernment and wisdom to be upon Your people. Help them to see beyond inherited patterns and to critically evaluate the choices they make. Open their eyes to the truth and guide them to make decisions based on what is realistic and beneficial for themselves and others.
Lord, we ask for a spirit of awakening to sweep across our communities and nations. May people be awakened to the deceptions and manipulations that can cloud their judgment. Help them to break free from any brainwashing or false narratives that may have influenced their thinking.
We also pray for unity and understanding among different groups of people. Lord, help us to see beyond superficial divisions and stereotypes. Teach us to love one another and to seek the common good, regardless of our backgrounds or affiliations.
Father, we trust in Your sovereignty and Your ability to bring about change. We pray for a transformation in the hearts and minds of individuals, leading to a more just and compassionate society. May Your truth prevail, and may Your will be done on earth as it is in heaven.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
