I need your prayers

Please help me pray to God for a second chance; He should give me a chance to live; I don't want to die.

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up ### in prayer. Lord, ### is seeking Your mercy and grace, asking for a second chance at life. We know that You are the giver of life and that Your plans for us are filled with hope and a future.
