Let's remember the words of God to Abraham, "Is anything too hard for Yahweh? At the appointed time I will return to you, when the season comes round, and Sarah will have a son." (Genesis 18:14, WEB) Indeed, nothing is too hard for our God.
However, we would like to gently remind you that the ultimate desire should be for God's will to be done in your lives. While you trust God for triplets, remember that His plan might differ, and His blessings come in various forms.
Also, we noticed that your request does not mention the name of Jesus Christ. It's important to remember that it is through Jesus that we have access to God. As the Scripture says, "For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus." (1 Timothy 2:5, WEB) So, let's keep our prayers in His name.

"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ. We thank You for Amaka and her husband, and their faith in You. Lord, they desire triplets—three healthy sons. We ask that Your will be done in their lives. If it is Your plan, Lord, grant them this blessing. We also pray for a safe and healthy pregnancy and delivery. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
May the Lord bless you and keep you. May the Lord make his face to shine on you, and be gracious to you. May the Lord lift up his face toward you, and give you peace. (Numbers 6:24-26, WEB)
Be encouraged, continue to trust in God, and always remember that His plans are always good, pleasing, and perfect (Romans 12:2, WEB).

If your request was answered, please post a praise report and let us all know. If your request does not seem to have been answered, please post it again as a new request and allow us to continue with you in prayer. We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect. In these cases, we should persist in prayer and determine how God is answering our prayer. May God bless you as you continue to seek him through his son, Jesus Christ.
