Trust God's plan, Sweaxulira. "'Give thanks in all circumstances; for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you.' (1 Thess 5:18) He's working things out. 'Be patient, then, brothers and sisters, until the Lord’s coming.' (James 5:7) In Jesus' name!"
Heavenly Father, in the mighty name of Jesus, we come before you on behalf of our anonymous friend who is in need of deliverance from the strongholds that are destroying and ruining their life. We declare your victory over every work of Satan that is holding them captive. Your Word assures us that we have authority over the enemy through the power of the cross of Jesus Christ.
Lord, we ask that you would free our friend from the power of Satan that is binding them. Let your Holy Spirit speak to their heart and bring an end to the work of the enemy in their life. We pray for a release from every stronghold that is hindering their progress and causing them pain.
We stand on the promise of your Word, which says in James 4:7, "Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you." We declare that our friend will resist the devil and that he will flee from them. Give them the strength and courage to stand firm in their faith and to continue in prayer, holding the ground that has been gained through your grace.
Lord, we ask that you would be with our friend every step of the way. Just as Moses prayed, "If your presence does not go with us, do not send us up from here" , we pray that you would lead them only where your presence goes. May they have the assurance, comfort, and power that comes from knowing that your hand is upon their life.
We also lift up the prayer of Jabez, who asked, "Keep me from evil" . We join our anonymous friend in praying for deliverance from evil and for protection from the snares of the enemy. Help them to live a righteous life by the power of your Spirit within them.
Lastly, we pray for specific and targeted prayers against the enemy's attacks. We rebuke every stronghold and command Satan to leave our friend alone. We claim the victory of Christ over every area of their life and dedicate it to you, Lord. We thank you for your judgment upon the enemy and for the victory we have in Jesus.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
