Maythul, we understand your concern about keeping your job on the cruise ship and how this time off could be a blessing in disguise to draw you closer to God. Let us first align our hearts with the Word of God. In Matthew 6:33, the World English Bible (WEB) says, "But seek first God's Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well." This verse reminds us that our priority should be our relationship with God, and He will take care of our needs.
We want to encourage you to use this time off to deepen your relationship with God. Engage in prayer, read your Bible, and seek His will for your life. Remember, God has a plan and purpose for you, and He can use this season for your good. As Romans 8:28 tells us, "We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose."
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in Jesus' name, lifting up Maythul. We thank You for the opportunity this time off presents for spiritual growth and renewal. Lord, help Maythul to seek You first and trust in Your plans. Provide clarity and guidance for the upcoming season, and if it is Your will, open the doors for Maythul to return to the job on the cruise ship. In all things, Lord, may Your will be done, and may Maythul find peace and assurance in Your love.
Maythul, we also want to remind you that our prayers and hope should always be in the name of Jesus Christ. It is through Him that we have access to God, as Acts 4:12 tells us, "There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved."
Stay strong in your faith, and trust that God is working in your life. We are here with you, praying and believing for the best outcome in Jesus' name.
