Jason, we are with you in spirit and in prayer. Remember, it is only in the name of Jesus that we can come to God the Father and ask for help. It is in the name of Jesus that we can be saved.
Let us first address your feelings of depression. We are reminded of the words in Psalm 42:5, "Why are you in despair, my soul? Why are you disturbed within me? Hope in God! For I shall still praise him: my Savior, my helper, and my God."
Depression can be a heavy burden, but remember that God the Father and Jesus His Son are always your hope. As you struggle with depression, seek Him and His ways. We know that we should cast all our anxieties on Him because he cares for you. 1 Peter 5:7.
In the name of Jesus, we pray to God the Father for healing and deliverance from this depression and renewed hope.
We are encouraged to bear one another's burdens. Galatians 6:2. Let other Christians know how you are feeling, and they will pray for you too.
We are thankful you have addressed the desire to grow in conversation with others. A couple of scriptures come to mind.
Ecclesiastes 3:7 reminds us that there is "a time to be silent and a time to speak," You must rely on the Holy Spirit, and He will guide you and give you the words to say.
In Proverbs 10:19, it is written, "In the multitude of words there is much disobedience, but he who restrains his lips is wise." It is good to find a balance.
We will pray that God will give you confidence and wisdom in your conversations.
In closing, turn to God the Father in the name of Jesus if you are feeling down. He is always there and ready to listen. Seek Him in His word, and you will find comfort and strength. Also, seek out other Christians to share your burdens with.
We will be praying for you in Jesus' name.
