I’m sorry that you’re struggling. I struggled with anxiety and depression for two years. I chose the path that uplifted me -- spent a good amount of time in prayer. God was my shelter in the midst of the storm. I pray that the Lord may heal you and help you to experience His peace in the days ahead. You might want to take a look at the book, The Freedom from Depression Workbook, by Les Carter. Finally, I’d like to encourage you to surround yourself with people who will bring positive energy in your life.
