I need the Lord to help me ...

I need the Lord to help me forgive whole heartedly the people who have wrong. I often tend to remind them of what they did even after they've asked for forgiveness and told them it's forgiven. I need to be able to move past these things. And may be heal my heart from the ache and anger.
