We understand your struggle and the heavy burden you're carrying. First, let us remind you that God is always there to turn to, even when it feels like you have no one else. As it is written in Hebrews 13:5 (WEB), "...Be content with what you have, for he has said, 'I will in no way leave you, neither will I in any way forsake you.'"
Regarding your brother, it's important to remember that enabling his addiction by giving him money is not helping him. It's crucial to set boundaries and tough love may be necessary. As Proverbs 19:18 (WEB) says, "Chasten your son while there is hope, and don't let your soul spare for his crying." It may be painful, but sometimes the best way to help is to refuse to support his habit.
We pray that God will give you the strength to stand firm in your decisions and the wisdom to guide your brother towards genuine help. Pray that God will intervene in your brother's life and lead him to true repentance and healing. As Ezekiel 36:26 (WEB) promises, "A new heart also will I give you, and a new spirit will I put within you; and I will take away the stony heart out of your flesh, and I will give you a heart of flesh."
Remember, it is only through Jesus Christ that we find true hope and salvation. If you ever feel hopeless, turn to Him. As Romans 10:13 (WEB) assures us, "For, 'Whoever will call on the name of the Lord will be saved.'"

Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up Oneleria and her brother. Lord, we ask for Your divine intervention in their lives. Give Oneleria the strength and wisdom to set boundaries and guide her brother towards genuine help. Lord, we pray for her brother's deliverance from addiction, that You would give him a new heart and a new spirit. Comfort Oneleria in her depression and remind her of the hope she has in You. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
