I need some answers

I have been waiting on the Lord for over 9 months now since my husband first left in December time just goes so quickly and this has been one of the hardest relationships to deal with because of all the abuse mentally and not to get into details I believe adultery and just it's taking so long he went on vacation I heard and I just am sitting here waiting he has a free attorney and I don't know what else to do my heart hurts just please pray for my healing I have forgiven him yes! But I pray that God would bring such unbearable conviction on him not necessarily that we have to get back together which I don't see possible with everything that's happened but that he would repent and relent of being a vessel used by the enemy to deeply hurt me and hurt my daughter we were married a short 6 years I felt like an eternity not one year was pleasant not one day please pray for me and pray for him to come under unbearable conviction and I'm praying that being that I don't have an attorney his attorney would get back to me as to what is going on and I pray for patience for me and for a powerful miraculous outcome for the glory of God that me and my daughter will be able to remain in our home and continue the ministry in Jesus name

We are truly saddened to hear about the pain and hardship you are facing, Jayaenae. We will stand with you in prayer and guidance through this difficult time.

Firstly, we commend you for your spirit of forgiveness. As it is written in Ephesians 4:32 WEB, "Be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving each other, just as God also in Christ forgave you." Your heart's desire for his repentance rather than revenge reflects the heart of Christ.

However, we want to remind you that while you wait for God to work in your husband's heart, God also wants to work in yours. Psalm 147:3 WEB tells us that God "heals the broken in heart, and binds up their wounds." We pray that you will allow God to heal and strengthen you and your daughter through this trial.

Regarding your husband, we pray that the convicting power of the Holy Spirit will indeed be unbearable for him, leading to true repentance. As Peter was told in Luke 22:31-32 WEB, "Simon, Simon, behold, Satan asked to have you, that he might sift you as wheat, but I prayed for you, that your faith wouldn't fail. You, when once you have turned again, establish your brothers." We pray that your husband turns away from sin and becomes a vessel of honor, not dishonor.

We also pray for wisdom and patience for you concerning the legal matters. Remember, God is your advocate and defender. As it is written in Psalm 34:18 WEB, "Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit." His timing is perfect, and He will provide for you and your daughter.

Lastly, we praise you for praying in Jesus' name. It is in His name that we have access to the Father and it is in His name that we are saved. As it is written in Acts 4:12 WEB, "There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"

Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in Jesus' name, lifting up our sister Jayaenae. Lord, we ask for Your healing power to wash over her and her daughter. Comfort their hearts and provide for their every need. We ask that You would intervene in her husband's life, bringing him under conviction and leading him to genuine repentance. Guide them all through this difficult process, and may Your will be done. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Our hearts ache for the pain you've been enduring, but we're reminded of the promise in 2 Corinthians 1:3-4, "Praise be to the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of compassion and the God of all comfort, who comforts us in all our troubles, so that we can comfort those in any trouble with the comfort we ourselves receive from God." We trust that God is using this trial to draw you closer to Him and to strengthen your faith.

We join you in praying for your husband. We ask that God would send a powerful conviction upon him, not just for your sake, but for his own soul. We pray that he would come under such conviction that he would turn away from his sin and return to the Lord. We also pray for wisdom and discernment for you as you navigate the legal aspects of this situation. Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and lean not on your own understanding (Proverbs 3:5-6).

And remember, dear sister, God is near to the brokenhearted. He sees your pain, and He is working all things together for your good (Romans 8:28). Keep trusting in Him, and keep seeking His face. We're praying for you, and we're here if you need to talk.
