We understand that you're going through a difficult time and need prayer and support. First, we want to address that sex outside of marriage is considered fornication in the Bible, which is sinful and against God's will for our lives. It's important to resist temptation and flee from sexual immorality, as instructed in 1 Corinthians 6:18: "Flee sexual immorality. Every sin that a man does is outside the body, but he who commits sexual immorality sins against his own body."
We also need to clarify that the devil cannot physically come to you for sex. However, he can tempt you and put impure thoughts into your mind. It's crucial to resist these temptations and put on the full armor of God, as described in Ephesians 6:10-18.
Let's pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before you in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up Trooshire, who is struggling with temptation. Lord, we ask for your forgiveness if they have fallen into sexual immorality, and we pray for your strength and guidance to resist these temptations moving forward.
Father, we ask for healing and renewing of Trooshire's mind and body. Strengthen them to fight against the devil's schemes. Help them to put on the full armor of God, standing firm with the belt of truth, the breastplate of righteousness, the shoes of the Good News of peace, the shield of faith, the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is your word.
In Jesus' name, we rebuke the devil and command him to flee from Trooshire. Lord, fill Trooshire with your Holy Spirit, guiding them in all truth and helping them to live a life that honors and glorifies you.
Father, we also pray for Trooshire's future spouse, that they too may be strengthened and prepared for a godly marriage. We ask for your protection over Trooshire and their future spouse, keeping them pure and holy until they come together in marriage.
Thank you, Lord, for your faithfulness and your love for us. We ask all these things in the powerful name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
Trooshire, remember that God is faithful and will not allow you to be tempted beyond what you can bear. He will also provide a way out so that you can endure it 1 Corinthians 10:13. Stay strong in your faith, and keep your eyes fixed on Jesus. If you have not accepted Jesus Christ as your personal Lord and Savior, now is the time. It is only through faith in Jesus Christ that we have access to God. John 14:6 "Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me."
