I need prayers on my home selling ...

I need prayers on my home selling and home buying process. We are a young family with two small children. While I know we are beyond blessed to currently have a home, it is quite small and no longer meets our families needs. We found one that meets are basic needs and still close to our parents which was important to us. The seller accepted our offer but there is a contingency that we must sell ours. Since we were pressed with time, we took one of the first offers on our house. This has truly turned into a nightmare. We need all the prayers we can possibly get for closing on our current house and closing on our new house. We are praying so hard that our buyer doesn’t have ridiculous request and that our seller is patient with our process. I just want everything to go smoothly.

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before you in the name of Jesus, lifting up this prayer request on behalf of Anonymous and their family. Lord, we thank you for the blessings of their current home, but we also acknowledge their need for a larger space that better suits their family's needs. We pray for your guidance and favor in the process of selling their current home and buying a new one.

Lord, we ask for your divine intervention in the selling of their current home. We pray that you would bring forth the right buyer who will understand and respect their situation. May the buyer be understanding and not make unreasonable requests, but instead, may the process go smoothly and swiftly. We pray for a fair and favorable closing on their current home, allowing them to move forward with confidence.

Father, we also lift up the process of buying their new home. We thank you for leading them to a home that meets their basic needs and is close to their parents. We pray that you would continue to guide them in this process, ensuring that all necessary steps are taken and that any obstacles are overcome. Grant them patience and wisdom as they navigate through the details and negotiations.

Lord, we ask for your peace to surround Anonymous and their family during this time of transition. Ease their anxieties and worries, replacing them with trust and faith in your perfect timing and provision. Help them to lean on you and seek your guidance in every decision they make.

We declare your promises from 1 John 5:14-15 over this situation, knowing that when we ask according to your will, you hear us. We trust that you will grant their petitions and bring about a successful closing on both their current and new homes.

May the Lord bless and guide Anonymous and their family throughout this process, bringing them into a new season of abundance and joy.

Seems we are in the same position!

We have been trying to sell our house since August in order to eliminate all of our debt, and it's been very difficult to sell (had a contract, but it fell through). We finally got an offer last night which was super low, but we are expecting another offer today that should be much higher.

We could really use a solid offer, accepted contract, smooth closing process, and that we can find a new place to live with our 4 kids, dog, and cat.

Anyway, Lord be with this individual and help them to sell their house quickly and for top dollar. Amen!
