As believers we should seek and expect God to intervene in this situation you are bringing to God. We must have faith. This situation is a simple test of faith. His will is done when He decides to answer this prayer and if it aligns with His will. "Dear Heavenly Father, create in us a clean heart and renew a right spirit within us. Guide us and help direct our lives to make proper decisions. We cast down our anxieties and worries of this life, trusting in You and Your will. We come to You on behalf of NEWHOPE, asking for Your intervention in this situation. Give wisdom, a sober mind, and sound judgement. Make Your will be done, and create a better understanding of Your Will. This is a teachable moment for us in our faith. Protect NEWHOPE as he drives, and keep him safe from all harm and danger, that we may glorify Your name. Father God, intervene in this situation of NEWHOPE and teach us and bring us into a closer relationship with You. Lord, we join NEWHOPE in asking for mercy and favor in this test. If Your will is done in this situation, then bless this car to pass the emissions test and when You intervene we will glorify You. Lord, be with him throughout this process, guiding him through Your Spirit.”
