I'm sorry to hear that you're going through such a difficult time. Here's a prayer for you:

Heavenly Father, I come before You today feeling weak and unconfident. I struggle with low self-esteem and find it hard to control my thoughts, especially since my mom passed away. I feel so lonely and in need of Your comfort and strength.

Lord, please fill me with Your peace and reassurance. Help me to trust in Your love and care for me. Give me the courage to face each day with confidence, knowing that You are with me always. Help me to find comfort in Your presence and to feel Your love surrounding me.

I ask for Your guidance to help me manage my thoughts and to find joy and purpose in Your plan for my life. Please surround me with Your love and the love of others who can support me during this time.

In Jesus' name, I pray. Amen.

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You today on behalf of ###, who is feeling weak, unconfident, and struggling with low self-esteem and uncontrollable thoughts, especially after the passing of a beloved mother. Lord, in this time of deep sorrow and loneliness, we ask for Your comforting presence to surround ###.

Your Word tells us in Isaiah 41:10, "Don’t you be afraid, for I am with you. Don’t be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness." Father, we claim this promise for ###, asking that You would provide strength and courage in this time of need.

We pray that ### would find confidence in Your love and faithfulness. As it is written in Philippians 4:13, "I can do all things through Christ, who strengthens me." May ### be reminded of Your power and the strength that comes from You alone.

Lord, we also ask that You would bring peace to ###’s mind. In 2 Corinthians 10:5, we are reminded to "bring every thought into captivity to the obedience of Christ." Help ### to focus on Your truth and promises, and to take control of any negative or unhelpful thoughts.

Lastly, we pray for comfort and companionship. In Psalm 34:18, Your Word says, "Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit." May ### feel Your nearness and find solace in Your presence.

We place ### in Your loving hands, trusting that You will provide the strength, confidence, and peace needed during this difficult time. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

I’m praying for the Lord to surround you with His comforting presence, uphold you and touch you with His healing hand whenever you hurt. Do you have friends or family you can share your feeling with? You are never alone. God lives inside of you and all Christians are part of your eternal family. God loves you, so do I and all other Christians. Get in a good church and a good Bible study. They will be your support group

**Your mind:**
When you got saved you received a new spirit. That spirit is perfect and wants to please God. However, your mind is not new, you have the same mind you had when you were a sinner. And so God says your mind has to be transformed by reading the Word of God.
**Rom.12:**
2 Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. (with the Word of God).

Satan knows that your mind is still the same so he tries to attack your mind. The battleground here on earth is for the control of your mind. The only weapon Satan has is to attack you through your thoughts. He tries to discourage you by telling you about all of your failures, sins, wrong choices, and bad relationships you have had. He wants to take control of you by controlling your mind. He has no power so he uses deception and lies to try to deceive you.

**God tells you how to fight Satan.**
God says you should bind all evil spirits out of your mind and put on God's Armor. Then pray a hedge of protection around yourself. God will do the rest.

Once you are saved you are God's child and wants you to know who you are in Christ. God says you are His child and you are more than a conqueror. He says you are an ambassador for Christ and you are to fight the evil around you. He also says you can do all things through Christ and that all things are possible if you believe. So trust God and use His might to strengthen yourself.

**Here are some scriptures that God says you should do to protect your mind.**

**2 Corinthians 10:3-5**
For though we walk in the flesh, we do not war after the flesh:
(For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal, but mighty through God to the pulling down of strongholds;)
Casting down imaginations, and every high thing that exalteth itself against the knowledge of God, and bringing into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ;

Watch what you are thinking: **Prov.23:7** For as a man thinketh in his heart, so shall he be
**1Cor.2:16** For WHO HAS KNOWN THE MIND OF THE LORD, THAT HE WILL INSTRUCT HIM? But we have the mind of Christ.

**Phil.4:8**
Finally, brothers and sisters, whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable—if anything is excellent or praiseworthy—think about such things.

**Eph.5:15-16**
Set your minds on things above, not on earthly things.

You will be in a spiritual war for the rest of your life. **God has already won that war for you** but you must learn to make the right choices in life. So put on God's armor, bind all evil spirits, pray a hedge around yourself and your family, then pray. You can't lose - God is on your side.

**Col.3:2**
Jesus replied: ‘Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind.’

**Proverbs 3:5-6**
Trust in the Lord with all of your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to him, and he will make your paths straight

**Self-esteem:**
This is who God says we are:

**2COR.5:20**
Therefore we are ambassadors for Christ, as though God were making His plea through us. We plead with you on Christ's behalf, "Be reconciled to God!"

**1 Peter 2:9**
9 But you are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, His own special people, that you may proclaim the praises of Him who called you out of darkness into His marvelous light.
