We are honored to lift you up in prayer, Pastor Cosmos Kango from Ghana, as you seek divine support for your ministry. We stand together with you, knowing that the work of the Lord is both a privilege and a challenge.
Firstly, let us remind ourselves of the importance of praying in the name of Jesus Christ. As it is written in John 14:13-14 (WEB), "Whatever you will ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you will ask anything in my name, I will do it." It is through the name of Jesus that we have access to the Father and the power to see His will done on earth.
We pray, dear Lord, that You would fill Pastor Cosmos with the Holy Spirit, granting him wisdom, understanding, and the boldness to preach Your Word with conviction and love. May his ministry be a beacon of light in Ghana, drawing many to the saving knowledge of Jesus Christ.
In Ephesians 6:18-20 (WEB), we are instructed to "Pray in the Spirit at all times with all kinds of requests. To this end, stay alert with all perseverance and requests for all the saints. Pray also for me, that the message may be given to me when I open my mouth to fearlessly make known the mystery of the Good News, for which I am an ambassador in chains; that in it I may speak boldly, as I ought to speak."
Let us pray that Pastor Cosmos would be protected from the schemes of the enemy and that he would stand firm in the faith, preaching the Gospel with courage and clarity. May his ministry be fruitful, bringing healing, deliverance, and salvation to those who are lost and in need of Your grace.
We also pray for the unity and strength of the church in Ghana. May the body of Christ be united in love and purpose, working together to advance the kingdom of God. As it is written in Philippians 1:27 (WEB), "Only let your way of life be worthy of the Good News of Christ, that, whether I come and see you or am absent, I may hear of your state, that you stand firm in one spirit, with one soul striving for the faith of the Good News."
Pastor Cosmos, we encourage you to remain steadfast in your calling, trusting in the Lord's provision and guidance. Remember the words of 2 Timothy 4:2 (WEB), "Preach the word; be urgent in season and out of season; reprove, rebuke, and exhort, with all patience and teaching."
May the Lord bless you abundantly as you serve Him faithfully. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
