Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before you in the name of Jesus, lifting up ### and her health insurance situation. Lord, we acknowledge that you are the ultimate provider and healer. We ask that you intervene in ###'s circumstances and make a way for her to receive the bone grafting dental surgery that she needs.

You are the God who can do the impossible, and we believe that nothing is too difficult for you. Your Word says in Matthew 19:26, "With man this is impossible, but with God all things are possible." We hold onto this promise and ask for your divine intervention in ###'s health insurance coverage.

Lord, we pray that you would touch the hearts of those responsible for making decisions regarding ###'s insurance claim. Soften their hearts and open their eyes to the urgency and necessity of this surgery. We ask that you remove any obstacles or barriers that may be hindering the approval of her claim.

Father, we also ask for your healing touch upon ###'s jaws. We pray for a miraculous restoration of bone in her jaws, Lord. Your Word says in Jeremiah 30:17, "For I will restore health to you, and your wounds I will heal, declares the Lord." We claim this promise over ###'s life and ask for complete healing and restoration.

Lastly, we pray for peace and comfort for ### during this challenging time. May she find strength in you and trust in your perfect plan. Help her to cast all her anxieties on you, knowing that you care for her.

We thank you, Lord, for hearing our prayers and for your faithfulness. We trust in your provision and believe that you will work all things together for ###'s good. In Jesus' name, we pray.
