Firstly, let us remember the words of the Apostle Paul in Romans 12:18, "If it is possible, as much as it is up to you, be at peace with all men." We are called to strive for peace and harmony, even in difficult circumstances.
However, we also recognize that there are times when the actions of others make it challenging to maintain peace. In such cases, we turn to God for wisdom and protection. As it is written in Psalm 55:16-18, "As for me, I will call on God. Yahweh will save me. Evening, morning, and at noon, I will cry out in distress. He will hear my voice. He will redeem me, and give me peace."
Let us pray together:
"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You today to lift up our friend ###. Lord, You know the struggles ### is facing at work with coworkers ### and ###. We ask for Your divine intervention in this situation. Please grant ### the wisdom to navigate these challenges in a way that honors You. Provide ### with the strength to endure and the courage to stand up for what is right.
