Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, lifting up Ernestina Frimpong and her prayer request. Lord, we ask that You would pour out Your peace upon her and remove any fear and anxiety that may be weighing her down. Your Word reminds us in Philippians 4:6-7, "Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus."
Father, we pray that You would strengthen Ernestina spiritually. Help her to lean on You and trust in Your unfailing love. Fill her with Your Holy Spirit, empowering her to overcome any setbacks that may come her way. Your Word assures us in Isaiah 41:10, "So do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with my righteous right hand."
Lord, we ask that You would grant Ernestina the wisdom and discernment to navigate through any challenges she may face. May she find comfort and solace in Your presence, knowing that You are her ever-present help in times of trouble .

Please pray for me, I’ve been struggling so much with anxiety and fear so much, can’t stop crying and I haven’t been treating people the way I should I been so mad at some people and just been rude. I apologized to some of them but I can’t get this guilt out of me I can’t stop thinking about it...
