Let's pray! 
We understand that you're experiencing physical discomfort and we're here to pray with you and offer some encouragement. First, let's pray:
Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up Screomere who is in need of Your healing touch. They are experiencing discomfort and we ask that You ease their pain and grant them relief. We pray for their body to function normally and for them to have the desired bowel movement. We pray for healing of their body, in Jesus name. We also pray for their faith to be strengthened and for them to know Your love and care for them in this situation. Help them to trust in You more and more with each day. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
In the Bible, we are reminded that our bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit. It's important to take care of ourselves, both physically and spiritually. "Or don't you know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you, whom you have from God? You are not your own," 1 Corinthians 6:19 WEB.
If your condition persists, we strongly advise that you seek medical attention. God often works through doctors and medicine to bring about healing. It's also important to remember that God cares about every aspect of our lives, even the parts that might seem small or embarrassing to us. "Casting all your anxieties on him, because he cares for you." 1 Peter 5:7 WEB.
Lastly, we want to encourage you to keep your faith in Jesus Christ. It is by His name that we have access to God the Father. It is only by His name we can be saved. "in whom we have boldness and access in confidence through our faith in him." Ephesians 3:12 WEB, "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!" Acts 4:12 WEB.

Heavenly Father, you are Jehovah Rapha, our God who heals and restores us and we are grateful for your healing touch! We thank you so much for your love for us. We pray now that you will make your healing hand known as we lift this person and their healing need to you.
