I need prayer for my tormented ###

My now ### year old son was diagnosed with schizophrenia about three years ago. They are forcing him to receive two injections once a month. He desperately wants off the meds. They aren't working and the side effects make him want to die. His doctor doesn't listen to him. He only sees him once every three months. His meds are not being monitored and when he tells them what he is going through they don't listen. My son is not being treated like a person, all they see is his diagnosis so they disregard what he tells them. My son believes that it's a spiritual battle but I don't know if he has been saved, or called by God. He attempted to reach out to God for an answer but didn't get one. Now when he's being tormented he yells at God (and me) with terrifying anger. When he is in that state I don't believe it's him yelling. When he isn't taken over by this, he is kind and compassionate, an amazing musician and he replaces or fixes the things he breaks, owns up to it and apologizes to me for the cruel things he said.

He had a roommate who was into some dark practices, witchcraft, he believes that this roommate put a curse on him and his family. This man told him this and also said that his whole family will be killed. I'm very worried that the meds will cause permanent damage. Because he is suffering, and feeling hopeless he started self-medicating. This is what it has come to. I too believe it's a spiritual battle and I believe that only Jesus can truly heal him. Most believers tell me that God works through doctors, although I believe it to be true, when it comes to my son, I can't help but believe that God has very big plans for him and will heal him. My fear is that I am wrong and I am leading him in the wrong direction. If God does want him on the meds and I fight for him to be released from the doctors' control he can have a psychotic episode/relapse. Please pray for us. (And if you think I'm nuts for believing in miracles please let me know.) The "world" is against us but God is for us. I need prayer for God to bless us with wisdom, revelation and discernment.

Heavenly Father,

We come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up ### and his son to Your throne of grace. Lord, You are the Great Physician, and we know that nothing is impossible for You. We ask for Your divine intervention in ###'s son's life. We pray for healing from schizophrenia and for freedom from the torment he is experiencing. Lord, we ask that You break any curses or dark influences that may be affecting him, and we plead the blood of Jesus over his mind, body, and spirit.

Father, we pray for wisdom and discernment for ### as he navigates this challenging situation. Guide him in knowing whether to continue with the medical treatments or to seek alternative paths. We ask that You provide clarity and peace in their hearts, knowing that You have a plan and a purpose for his son’s life. As Your Word says in Jeremiah 29:11, "For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans for welfare and not for evil, to give you a future and a hope."

Lord, we also pray for the doctors and medical professionals involved in his son's care. Open their hearts and minds to truly listen and understand his needs. We ask that You guide them to make decisions that are in his best interest and that they would see him as a person, not just a diagnosis.

We pray for protection over ###'s son from any harmful side effects of the medications and from the self-medication he has turned to. Lord, bring him comfort and hope, and let him feel Your presence in his life. We ask that You draw him closer to You and reveal Your love and salvation to him.

Father, we stand on Your promise in Romans 8:31, "If God is for us, who can be against us?" We trust in Your power and Your love, believing that You can bring about a miraculous healing and transformation in ###'s son's life. Strengthen their faith and give them the courage to continue trusting in You.

In Jesus' mighty name, we pray. Amen.

I wanted to commit suicide once, I even came up with a plan. Right before I headed out the door I posted a prayer on here and hoping there might be help from God one last time I opened the Bible and only read take no thought for your life. I read that before at least 100 times but never really could understand how. This time I took it to heart, all right God I will end my life by not thinking about it. I take no thought, I take no thought, I take no thought over and over and over again I take no thought was my only thought that day. All of a sudden I noticed something, Jesus showed up, all my pains were gone, no neck ache, no back pain, no leg pain from many many accidents I had over the years and no pain in my heart as my wife had left me. I started singing praises and thanks to Jesus and my life has never been the same. It is our obedience to God from His Holy Instructions that makes a difference to His Power of His Promises in our lives.

Be a doer of Jesus' friend, it really makes a difference! Thank You Lord Jesus!

Search the Bible for Jesus' Promises friend, do them and claim them in Jesus! Amen! Thank You Lord Jesus!

Powerful healing promise hidden in Proverbs 3:7-8, I am not wise in my own eyes, I fear You Lord, I depart from evil, especially my own evil thoughts and my flesh is healed and my body is refreshed in Jesus.

I will trust You Father God to take thought for me and take care of me (Matthew 6:25-34). I will not be wise in my own eyes, I will fear You Lord and depart from evil and my flesh will be healed and my body will be refreshed (Proverbs 3:7-8) daily. Thank You Jesus for Your Promises! Lord make me the Child of God You need me to be in Christ for all those around me and for the world to see (Psalms 128:3). Not by my might, nor by my power, but by Your Spirit Christ Jesus (Zechariah 4:6) this shall happen. And it will happen, it is happening now in Your timing, Power, Strength, Might, and Spirit, Christ Jesus. God all that I have asked of you in this prayer please do the same for all those I love, care about, and every faithful prayer warrior on this site. Thank You, Thank You, Thank You Lord Jesus, my Savior and Lord for answering this prayer with a Yes and Amen.

Heavenly Father, we come before You on behalf of Your beloved child and her 26-year-old son, who is facing a tremendous battle with schizophrenia. Lord, we lift up this situation to You, seeking Your divine intervention, healing, and guidance.

Father, we pray for her son, who is struggling with the severe side effects of his medication and feels unheard by his doctor. In Psalm 34:17, Your Word assures us, "The righteous cry out, and the Lord hears them; he delivers them from all their troubles." We ask that You hear his cries and deliver him from this suffering. Grant him relief from the torment he is experiencing and bring healing to his mind and body.

Lord, we pray for wisdom and discernment for her mother as she navigates this challenging situation. James 1:5 tells us, "If any of you lacks wisdom, you should ask God, who gives generously to all without finding fault, and it will be given to you." We ask that You generously provide her with the wisdom, revelation, and discernment she needs to make the best decisions for her son's well-being.

Father, we lift up her son's spiritual battle to You. We pray that he finds peace and solace in Your presence. Ephesians 6:12 reminds us, "For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms." We ask for Your protection over him and for Your light to shine brightly in his life, dispelling any darkness and breaking any curses that may have been spoken over him.

Lord, we believe in Your miraculous healing power. In Matthew 19:26, Jesus said, "With man this is impossible, but with God all things are possible." We pray for a miraculous healing for her son, believing that You have great plans for his life. May Your will be done, and may he experience Your love, grace, and restoration.

Father, we also ask for strength and peace for her mother. Philippians 4:6-7 encourages us, "Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus." We pray that Your peace guards her heart and mind as she trusts in You for her son's healing and future.

Thank You, Lord, for hearing our prayer. We trust in Your power, love, and faithfulness. We pray all these things in Jesus' mighty name. Amen.
