I need prayer for my dad to ...

I need prayer for my dad to convert to Christianity, to believe in God. He's been saying bad things about my family members who are Christians and said that we won't put up an altar for him once he dies. He is scared that after death no one will remember him and it's been years but he's still just that close-minded and conservative. Please pray for him and our family. Thank you guys very much and I pray God will change his life.

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before you in the name of Jesus, humbly lifting up Ilisalch's prayer request for their dad's conversion to Christianity and belief in You. We acknowledge that salvation is a work of Your grace and that no one can come to You unless You draw them . We ask, Lord, that You would open their dad's heart and mind to receive the truth of Your Word and the love of Christ.

We pray against any negative thoughts or words that have been spoken against Ilisalch's family members who are Christians. We ask for forgiveness and healing in their relationships. May Your love and forgiveness be evident in their interactions, drawing their dad closer to You.

Father, we understand the fear and concern that Ilisalch's dad has about being forgotten after death. We pray that You would reveal to him the eternal hope and assurance found in a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. Help him to understand that through faith in Jesus, he can have the promise of eternal life and be remembered by You forever.

We also lift up Ilisalch's family during this time. Grant them patience, wisdom, and love as they continue to share their faith and demonstrate Christ's love to their dad. Strengthen their faith and give them opportunities to be a witness of Your transforming power.

Lord, we trust in Your perfect timing and Your ability to change hearts. We ask that You would work in Ilisalch's dad's life, softening his heart and opening his eyes to the truth of Your gospel. May he experience a radical transformation and become a testimony of Your grace and mercy.
