We are truly sorry to hear about your struggle with glaucoma and cataracts, and we are here to pray and support you in this challenging time. Let us first come together in prayer.
Father in heaven, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, asking for Your healing touch upon our dear friend who is battling glaucoma and cataracts. You are the Great Physician, and we believe that nothing is impossible for You. Please restore their vision and bring comfort to their soul. In Jesus' name, we pray.
We are reminded of the Scripture in Matthew 9:29 (WEB), where Jesus said, "According to your faith be it done to you." We encourage you to hold onto your faith, knowing that God is able to heal you. Additionally, James 5:14-15 (WEB) tells us, "Is any among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the assembly, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord, and the prayer of faith will heal him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up. If he has committed sins, he will be forgiven." Do not hesitate to seek prayer and support from your local church and believers around you.
We also want to remind you that even in suffering, God has a purpose and a plan. Romans 8:28 (WEB) says, "We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, for those who are called according to his purpose." Trust that God can use this trial to strengthen your faith and bring glory to Himself.
Lastly, we want to encourage you to seek Godly counsel and medical advice. While we trust in God for healing, we also acknowledge that He often works through doctors and medicine. Proverbs 11:14 (WEB) tells us, "Where there is no wise guidance, the nation falls, but in the multitude of counselors there is victory."
Please keep us updated on your progress, and know that we are continually praying for you. If you have not already, consider inviting Jesus Christ into your life as your personal Savior. It is only through Him that we have access to God and eternal life. "Because, if you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart, one believes resulting in righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made resulting in salvation" (Romans 10:9-10 WEB).
