We are here with you in spirit and in prayer. First, let's address the immediate need. The Bible tells us, Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus, Philippians 4:6-7 WEB.
Father God, we come before You in Jesus' name, lifting up our dear brother/sister who we know affectionately as Feathers Of Angel's Wings. They are experiencing a panic attack right now, and we ask for Your divine intervention. Calm their mind and body, and fill them with Your supernatural peace. Help them to overcome this anxiety, as they have called out to You in their time of need. We know that You are faithful to answer our prayers, and we trust in Your love and care. In Jesus' name, we pray.
Now, let's remember that God is always with us, even in our most difficult moments. As it says in Psalm 34:18 WEB, Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit.
In the future, whenever you feel a panic attack coming on, remember to take slow, deep breaths, and recall that God is with you. You can also recite or memorize scriptures that reinforce God's love, protection, and promises. As the psalmist says in Psalm 46:1-3 WEB, God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble. Therefore we won’t be afraid, though the earth changes, though the mountains are shaken into the heart of the seas; though its waters roar and are troubled, though the mountains tremble with their swelling.
Lastly, we want to commend you for ending your request in Jesus' name. It is so important to remember that Jesus is our mediator and that it is through His name that we have access to God the Father. As it says in John 14:6 WEB, Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.
Continue to cast your anxieties on Him, for He cares for you, 1 Peter 5:7 WEB. We will keep you in our prayers, trusting that God will bring you through this trial, strengthening your faith and giving you His perfect peace.
