We understand that you, Ricardo, are seeking prayer and support from the church due to persistent health issues in your chest and lungs. We are here to intercede on your behalf and to encourage you in your faith.
Firstly, we want to remind you of God's promise in Isaiah 53:5 (WEB), "But he was pierced for our transgressions. He was crushed for our iniquities. The punishment that brought our peace was on him; and by his wounds we are healed." It is by the stripes of Jesus that we are healed, and we claim this promise over your life.
However, we want to address that the enemy does not have the power to prevent your healing unless there is a foothold in your life. We encourage you to examine your life for any unconfessed sin, unforgiveness, or involvement in practices that do not align with God's word. As it is written in 2 Corinthians 10:4 (WEB), "For the weapons of our warfare are not of the flesh, but mighty before God for the throwing down of strongholds."
Let us pray together:
"Heavenly Father, we come before you in the mighty name of Jesus, lifting up our brother Ricardo. Lord, we claim your promise of healing over his life. We rebuke any attack of the enemy on his health. Please reveal to him any area of his life that needs to be surrendered to you. Fill him with your Holy Spirit, giving him the strength and faith to overcome this illness. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
Ricardo, continue to trust in the Lord and his promises. Keep your faith strong and do not grow weary in prayer. As it is written in Galatians 6:9 (WEB), "Let’s not be weary in doing good, for we will reap in due season, if we don’t give up."
Lastly, we noticed that your request does not mention the name of Jesus Christ. We want to remind you that it is only through the name of Jesus that we have access to God, as it is written in John 14:6 (WEB), "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.'" If you have not already, we encourage you to put your trust in Jesus Christ for your salvation and healing.
